LOCANDA PALAZZO

Locanda Palazzo is located in the hamlet of Palazzo, which, together with 6 other medieval villages, is one of the 7 castelli d' Arcevia.

It is situated at an altitude of approximately 250 metres and is centrally located between the Adriatic coast and the foothills of the Apennines, the Monti Sibilini.

The landscape is undulating and the surroundings are distinctly agricultural, with views of sunflower fields, vineyards and olive trees.

The house

The house is a heritage palazzo over 200 years old, situated in a hamlet with two other houses. It originally belonged to the Mazzi family, who owned the surrounding land.

In the late 1990s, the building was completely renovated using authentic materials by local craftsmen. Furthermore, the interior decoration was finished by a master painter.

In the decades that followed, the outdoor building was converted into an outdoor kitchen with a sun terrace, and the swimming pool was integrated into the rolling countryside.
